What You Can Expect

Certification

All of our diamonds over 0.30Ct in weight and coloured gemstones over 1.00Ct are all fully certificated and are brand new.

What’s inside the box?

Your items ring will be shipped to you inside a branded presentation box. Unless specified otherwise, we will ship together with your certificate, purchase invoice and insurance valuation.

After Care

We offer a free cleaning service on all goods purchased from us, just send your item in to us and we will clean it and check the security of the setting for you every two years.

Adjustments

We offer one free sizing carried out either at time of purchase or after presentation. This is typically carried out within 3 days.

Returns

Provided no alterations or modifications have been carried out, we will happily exchange or refund your item. Just call us and speak with an agent.
